Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. unsalted butter
- 5 ounce unsweetened chocolate
- 4 lrg Large eggs at room temperature
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 c. packed dark brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 c. broken pecan meats
- 12 ounce semi-sweet chocolate morsels
Direcciones
- Heat chocolate and butter over low heat. Set aside to cold.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Beat Large eggs and salt till light in color and foamy in texture.
- Beat in brown sugar and vanilla till mix is well creamed.
- Combine with cooled chocolate mix (do this by hand).
- Before mix is uniformly colored, mix in the flour. Before flour is uniformly mixed in, add in pecan meats and semi-sweet chocolate morsels.
- Spread batter in a greased 13-inch x 9-inch pan.
- Bake about 25 min.
- Cold before cutting.
