Receta Acadian Crab Bake

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt (8-ounce) cream cheese
- 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. Green onions w/tops, minced
- 3 c. Cooked rice
- 1 can (8-ounce) crabmeat, flaked
- 2 med Tomatoes, peeled, slice Salt to taste
- 3/4 c. Buttered bread crumbs
Direcciones
- Combine cream cheese, lowfat sour cream and lowfat milk; whip till smooth. Mix in green onions, rice and crabmeat. Turn mix into a buttered 2 qt casserole. Arrange tomato slices over casserole mix. Sprinkle with salt; top with bread crumbs. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 min.
