Receta Curried Turkey Salad

Ingredientes
- 3 c. mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 8 c. cooked turkey, minced
- 2 cans water chestnuts, liquid removed
- 4 c. seedless green grapes
- 2 c. celery, sliced
- 1 (29 ounce.) can pineapple chunks, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. mandarin oranges
- 3 c. slivered almonds, toasted
Direcciones
- Combine mayonnaise, curry pwdr and soy sauce in bowl; mix well. Combine turkey, water chestnuts, grapes, celery, pineapple and grapes in bowl. Mix well. Reserve 1/2 c. almonds. Add in remaining almonds and mayonnaise dressing to turkey mix; toss to mix. Garnish with strawberries. Sprinkle with remaining almonds. 20 servings.
