Ingredientes
- 2 x Egg yolks
- 2 x Cloves (medium) garlic, peeled
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
Direcciones
- Place all ingredients except extra virgin olive oil in blender. Blend on low speed till garlic is finely minced, about 2 min. Blend in extra virgin olive oil. Excellent on fish.
