  • 1 c. steamed or possibly poached sablefish cut 1" chunks
  • 1 x tomato diced
  • 1 x avocado peeled, diced
  • 1/2 c. diced cucumber
  • 2 x green onions diagonally sliced Lettuce
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp crushed oregano leaves
  • 3 dsh bottled warm pepper sauce

Direcciones

  1. Combine sablefish, tomato, avocado, cucumber and onions. Toss gently with Vinaigrette Dressing. Serve on lettuce-lined platter.
  2. Vinaigrette Dressing: Combine all ingredients. (
