Ingredientes
- 9 c. Sifted all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. Salt
- 2 c. Crisco shortening
- 3 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 3 c. Mix
- 2/3 c. Lowfat milk
- 3 c. Mix
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 x Large eggs
- 3 c. Mix
- 2/3 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Grated American cheese
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 3 c. Mix
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 x Egg
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar

- Stir baking pwdr, salt & sugar into flour. Sift together 3 times into large mixing bowl. Cut in shortening with pastry blender till mix is consistency of cornmeal. Store in a tightly covered container at room temperature. To measure mix, pile it lightly into a standard c. & level off with a spatula. BISCUITS; Stir ingredients & roll as for other biscuits. Bake at 450 till done. PANCAKES: Stir ingredients together & grill as usual. CHEESE BISCUITS: Mix ingredients, bake as for biscuits.
- MUFFINS: Mix & bake at 425.
