Receta Almond Cheese Slices

Ingredientes
- 1 c. blanched almonds
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 4 ounce cream cheese
- 4 ounce Havarti cheese grated
- 2 Tbsp. pimiento finely diced
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Direcciones
- Saute/fry the almonds in the butter, then chop fine.
- In a food processor, blend the cheeses with the remaining ingredients.
- Shape into a roll. Place almonds on a piece of wax paper. Roll cheese in almonds to coat, wrapping with wax paper.
- Chill 2 hrs. Remove wax paper and cut into even slices.
- Yield: 22 - 24 slices
