Receta Almond Raisin Fudge Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Unsalted butter
- 2 ounce Unsweetened chocolate
- 1/4 c. Unsweetened cocoa pwdr
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 2/3 c. Whipping cream
- 1 pch Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2 c. Raisins, coarsely minced
- 1/4 c. Minced or possibly slivered almonds, toasted
Direcciones
- In a heavy small saucepan, heat butter and chocolate over low heat. Stir in cocoa, sugar, cream, and salt. Bring slowly to a boil. Remove from heat and add in vanilla, raisins, and almonds. Serve hot or possibly at room temperature.
