Receta Amazing Coconut Custard Pie

Ingredientes
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. Bisquick mix
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. Baker's Angel Flake Coconut
Direcciones
- Put together all ingredients except coconut in blender. Cover and blend on low speed for 3 min. Pour into greased pie pan or possibly Pyrex glass pie plate. Let stand for about 5 min, then sprinkle with coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 min. You can test by sticking center with knife blade.
