Receta Amazing Cornbread

Ingredientes
- 1 c. cornmeal
- 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. sugar, (to taste), up to 3
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 x apple made into applesauce or possibly 1/3 c. prepared applesauce
- 3/4 c. soy lowfat milk
- 2 x egg whites equivalent
- 1 x 15 ounce can creamed corn
Direcciones
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Pam spray an 8" X 8" pan or possibly iron skillet and put into oven to preheat pan. Mix all ingredients, pour batter into heated pan and bake for 20 min. Freezes well if it lasts which long.
- Chill leftovers and serve cool or possibly it also improves when reheated for about 15 min at 350.
