Ingredientes
- 20 ounce Unsweetened pineapple tidbits
- 1/4 c. Brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 tsp Orange peel, grated
- 2 med Oranges
- 2 med Apples, unpeeled, diced
- 1 Tbsp. Coconut, shredded
Direcciones
- Enjoy these.
- Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 c. juice in a saucepan; set pineapple aside. Add in brown sugar and orange peel to the juice; heat till sugar dissolves. Peel and section oranges into a large bowl; add in the apples and pineapple. Add in pineapple juice mix and stir gently. Chill. Just before serving, sprinkle with coconut.
