  • 10 ounce Angel Hari Pasta, Or possibly Thin Vermicelli
  • 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 c. Butter Or possibly Margarine
  • 4 lrg Cloves Garlic, pressed
  • 1 med Onion, Finely Diced
  • 1/2 c. Sweet red pepper, diced Or possibly Yellow Pepper, diced
  • 1/4 c. Dry Parsley Flakes
  • 1/2 c. Dry White Wine
  • 8 ounce Shrimp, cleaned, deveined Or possibly
  • 8 ounce Chicken mean, cooked, bitesized
  • 8 med Mushrooms, sliced, sauteed
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan Cheese

Direcciones

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and toss with extra virgin olive oil.
  2. Heat butter in skillet. Add in garlic and onion and saute/fry till onion is tender. Add in sweet pepper. Add in parsley flakes and white wine. Pour mix over pasta and toss till blended. Add in shrimp, mushrooms and cheese. Toss and serve immediately.
