Ingredientes

  • 2/3 c. TVP
  • 1/2 c. Warm water
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced or possibly grated ginger Root
  • 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1 x To 2 Tbsp warm bean paste
  • 1/2 tsp Salt (optional)
  • 3 1/2 ounce Bean thread noodles
  • 2 c. Veggie broth or possibly water (avoid Broth which may have a sweet Taste)

Direcciones

  1. Pour the boiling water over the TVP and let it sit for 10 min. Saute/fry the gingerroot in a very small anount of oil or possibly other liquid. Add in the soy sauce, bean paste, salt and TVP. Cook very very gently and stir frequently as it burns easily. Cook about 5 min and set aside.
  2. Cook the bean threads in the broth till the broth has been absorbed by the noodles. Add in the noodles to the TVP mix and stir till blended proportionately...ie. all the "ants" are distributed throughout. Enjoy!
  3. used to make it with grnd turkey (before I saw the light) and have found which TVP works just as well. It's warm and spicy...delicious and just a little different.
