Receta Apple Banana Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 stick butter
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 or possibly 3 peeled, minced apples
- 1/2 c. walnuts, minced
Direcciones
- Beat sugar, large eggs and butter. Slice in bananas. Let mixer do the mashing. Add in baking soda, vanilla and flour. Mix in minced apples and nuts. Fill greased and lightly floured bread pans 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
