Receta Apple Cake With Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredientes
- 2 large eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 4 c. diced peeled apples
- 1 c. minced walnuts
- 1 (3 ounce) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
- 3 T soft butter
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
Direcciones
- Beat large eggs till light and fluffy. Gradually add in sugar, oil, and vanilla. Sift together next 5 ingredients and add in to first mix. Stir in apples and walnuts. Put into greased 13 x 9 x 2 pan and bake in preheated 350 degree oven about 45 min. Let cool 10 min and frost with cream cheese frosting.NOTE: Cake dough is VERY stiff, but cake is moist.
- Mix all ingredients together till smooth; frost cake.
