Receta Apple Cheese Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 11/20 c. flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 c. rolled oats
- 2/3 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. apple pie filling minced apple or possibly applesauce
- 1/2 c. nuts
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 375F, prepare pans. Cream margarine & sugar. Add in Large eggs & beat well. Sift flour, soda & salt & stir into creamed mix. Stir in oats, apple cheese & nuts, mixing well. Add in lowfat milk last. Spoon into pans & bake for 20-25 mins or possibly till done.
- Makes 18 muffins.
