Receta Apple Cobbler With Peanut Butter Ice Cream

Ingredientes
- 6 x apples cut 1/2" dice
- 2 tsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp grnd cardamom
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1 pch kosher salt
- 3/4 c. quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 lb cool unsalted butter cut 1/2" dice
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly butter ovenproof baking dish.
- To make filling: Combine filling ingredients in mixing bowl, and toss together. Place into baking dish.
- To make topping: Combine dry ingredients in mixing bowl. By hand and using sharp knives, cut butter into dry ingredients, and work the mix till butter is size of large peas. Pack topping over diced apples.
- Bake 20 to 30 min or possibly till golden. Remove from oven, and serve warm or possibly at room temperature. Serve with Peanut Butter Ice Cream (see recipe) or possibly on its own.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
