Ingredientes
- 1 c. Instant oat meal
- 1 c. Whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c. Apple juice concentrate
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 x Apple
- 1 x Egg white
- 1/4 tsp Baking pwdr
Direcciones
- Cut the apple into bite sized pcs. Mix together everything except the apples. Put a thin layer (1/8-1/4") of mix on the bottom of a non-stick or possibly Pammed round pan. Put apples on top of this. Then spread, plop, drop or possibly get the rest of the mix on top of the apples someway. Then bake at 350F.about 20 min.
