Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. Flour
- 1/2 c. Brown sugar
- 1/2 c. Butter
- 2 1/2 c. Apples, sliced Cinnamon and sugar
- 1 c. Brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 pch Salt
- 1/2 c. Coconut
- 1/2 c. Nutmeats
Direcciones
- Cream first 3 ingredients and spread on the bottom of an 8x10" pan. Arrange the apple slices proportionately on dough and sprinkle with 1/4 c. sugar mixed with 1/2 tsp. cinnamon. Bake in 375 degree oven for 30 min. While baking, mix the ingredients for the topping as follows;
- Sift sugar and flour. Add in unbeaten Large eggs to the mix. Add in nuts and coconut and spread on top of the first warm baked mix (after it has finished baking). Bake 20 min more at 375 degress. Cut into bars or possibly squares when cold.
