  • 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. minced macadamia nuts, coarsely minced
  • 1/8 tsp grnd cinnamon
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine, cut into small
  • 7 c. sliced apples, peeled,thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. apricot preserves

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Cut in margarine with a pastry blender till mix is crumbly.
  3. Place thinly sliced apple in a lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish; drop apricot preserves by teaspoonfuls onto apple slices, and sprinkle proportionately with flour mix. Bake at 375 for 35 min or possibly till golden brown.
