Ingredientes
- 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. cornmeal
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp baking pwdr
- 1 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp grnd ginger
- 1 3/4 c. shredded Golden brown Delicious apple
- 3/4 c. low-fat buttermilk
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 lrg egg, lightly beaten Cooking spray
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp grnd cinnamon
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400 .Combine first 8 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in center of mix.
- Combine apple, buttermilk, oil, and egg in a bowl; stir well. Add in to dry ingredients, stirring just till moist.
- Divide batter proportionately among 12 muffin c. coated with cooking spray. Combine remaining ingredients; sprinkle over muffins. Bake at 400 for 20 min or possibly till golden brown. Remove from pans immediately. Serve hot.
