Receta Applesauce Muffins (Basic Recipe)

Ingredientes
- 1 lg. egg (or possibly 2 egg whites or possibly egg substitute)
- 2 T unrefined vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce (or possibly unsweetened crushed pineapple, whipped in blender if you like, or possibly any other fruit sauce)
- 2 c. flour (whole wheat, rice, oat, or possibly any combination)
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional
Direcciones
- Add in cinnamon, coriander, nutmeg, raisins, dates, nuts, etc. if you like. Beat together egg, oil, and applesauce. Add in remaining ingredients. Fill muffin pan. Don't use paper liners. Bake at 375 degrees for abut 20 min.
