Receta Applesauce Pancakes

Ingredientes
- 1 c. flour, sifted
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp baking pwdr
- 1 c. applesauce
- 1/4 tsp lemon peel, grated
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 2 x Large eggs, separated
- 1 1/2 tsp butter, melted
Direcciones
- Sift flour, salt, and baking pwdr into mixing bowl. Blend in next 5 ingredients. Beat egg yolks and add in with butter. Beat egg whites till stiff and mix in. Pour about 1/4 c. batter for each pancake onto warm greased griddle, turn once.
- Yield: 10 cakes.
