Receta Apricot Clafouti

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Fresh apricots sliced 1/4" thick
- 1 c. Half-and-half or possibly whole lowfat milk
- 2 lrg Large eggs
- 3 Tbsp. Cognac
- 1/3 c. Granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. All-purpose flour - (less 1 tbspn) Freshly-grated nutmeg to taste Sifted confectioners' sugar for dusting
Direcciones
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Butter a 1-qt shallow baking or possibly gratin dish and arrange the apricots over the bottom.
- In a blender or possibly food processor, combine the half-and-half, Large eggs, Cognac, and sugar. Add in the flour and blend till smooth. Pour the mix over the apricots. Grate the nutmeg over the custard and bake in the center of the oven for 30 to 35 min, or possibly till the clafouti is golden brown and puffed. Allow to cold for 5 min, sprinkle heavily with confectioners' sugar and serve.
