Ingredientes
- 1 1/4 c. Flour, all-purpose
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine
- 3 ounce Cream cheese
- 1/2 c. Flaked coconut
- 1/2 c. Apricot preserves
Direcciones
- Honorable mention at the 1973 Indiana State Fair.
- Sift the flour, sugar, baking pwdr and salt together. Mix butter and cream cheese then add in to flour mix; blend well. Add in the coconut and apricot preserves and blend well. Drop by tsp. on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 15-18 min till light brown.
- Makes about30 cookies
