Receta Apricot Nut Bread (Bread Machine)

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. Walnut oil
- 1 x Egg
- 2 1/2 c. Bread flour
- 1 Tbsp. Vital gluten
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1 tsp Grated orange peel
- 1 tsp Yeast
- 1/2 c. Minced Apricots
- 1/2 c. Toasted walnuts
Direcciones
- 1. Sift dry ingredients together.
- 2. Add in ingredients (except walnuts) to bread machine pan as directed by the bread machine manufacturer.
- 3. Program bread machine to the basic mode.
- 4. Add in walnuts about 25 min in the mixing cycle.
- 5. After bread machine has completed the program, turn loaf out to cold on a cake rack.
