Receta Asian Grilled Chicken

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Black bean paste
- 1/4 c. Chopped garlic
- 2 Tbsp. Chopped fresh ginger root
- 1/2 c. Chopped scallions
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. White wine
- 1 Tbsp. Dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Liquid warm pepper sauce
- 1 tsp Peanut oil
- 1 lb Boneless skinless chicken breast
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients and mix well. Cover and refrigeratefor 2-4 hrs or possibly overnight. Remove chicken from marinade, drain well.
- Grill 5 min per side or possibly till cooked or possibly, bake @ 375 for 30 min(till juices run clear when pierced with a fork). Remove to a serving platter. Heat marinade till boiling and reduce a little. Simmer 3 min. Serve over grilled chicken. Garnish with cilantro leaves, if you like.
