  • 4 c. thinly-sliced bok choy
  • 1 lrg carrot peeled
  • 1 c. snow peas strings removed, thinly sliced lengthwise
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Asian sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh ginger
  • 1/2 pkt sugar substitute Salt to taste

Direcciones

  1. Place cabbage in a large bowl; grate carrot into cabbage. Fold in snow peas.
  2. In a small bowl, mix oils, vinegar, soy sauce, ginger and sugar substitute. Pour dressing over salad; toss to coat. Season to taste with salt.
