Ingredientes
- 4 c. thinly-sliced bok choy
- 1 lrg carrot peeled
- 1 c. snow peas strings removed, thinly sliced lengthwise
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. Asian sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp chopped fresh ginger
- 1/2 pkt sugar substitute Salt to taste
Direcciones
- Place cabbage in a large bowl; grate carrot into cabbage. Fold in snow peas.
- In a small bowl, mix oils, vinegar, soy sauce, ginger and sugar substitute. Pour dressing over salad; toss to coat. Season to taste with salt.
