  • 20 ounce asparagus spears
  • 1 lb ham -- cooked -- minced
  • 2 c. swiss cheese -- shredded
  • 1/2 c. onion -- minced
  • 6 x Large eggs
  • 2 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 c. buttermilk baking mix
  • 2 Tbsp. dry vegetable flakes
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Direcciones

  1. In two greased 9 inch pie plates, layer the asparagus, ham, cheese, and onion. In a bowl, beat Large eggs. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well. Divide in half and pour over asparagus mix in each pie plate. Bake at 375F for 30 min or possibly till a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
