- 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh chives or possibly green onion
- 1/2 c. Light mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Grated orange rind
- 2 Tbsp. Orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp Salt Healthy pinch pepper
Direcciones
- (DRESSING): In bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, orange rind and juice, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Arrange asparagus on serving platter; pour dressing over top.
- Sprinkle with chives.
