  • 2 lb grnd beef
  • 2 x onions -- minced
  • 16 ounce canned tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. curry pwdr
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar Salt to taste
  • 2 x bananas -- hard, sliced
  • 1 x apple -- peeled, cored, diced
  • 1 Tbsp. apricot jam
  • 1/4 c. slivered almonds Tomato juice for thinning

Direcciones

  1. Brown meat and drain off fat. Add in all remaining ingredients and simmer gently, stirring frequently, for 30 min. Add in tomato juice if too thick. Serve over warm cooked rice.
  2. Yield: 8 servings.
