- 20 sm Carrots, washed & trimmed
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 Tbsp. Tarragon vinegar
Direcciones
- Place carrots, water and lemon juice in small saucepan. Cover and simmer 5 min. Remove cover, increase heat to high and cook, stirring, till liquid evaporates (5 min). Turn heat down.
