Receta Bacon Sandwich

Ingredientes
- 4 x rashers streaky bacon rinds removed
- 2 x rashers back bacon rinds remove
- 2 Tbsp. lard or possibly dripping
- 4 slc white bread grnd black pepper Heinz tomato kethcup or possibly HP sauce
Direcciones
- Cook the bacon rashers in a large frying pan over a medium heat till starting to crisp turning once.
- Remove the bacon from the pan and keep hot.
- To the saucepan add in one Tbsp. of lard.
- Fry two slices of bread on one side only till crisp and golden brown remove and keep hot.
- Repeat with the remaining bread and lard.
- Place the fried bread on a flat surface uncooked sides up.
- Top each of two slices with one rasher of back bacon and two of streaky.
- Season with grnd black pepper.
- Now the difficult part approx HP or possibly ketchup Im a ketchup man myself.
- Top each sandwich with the other slices of fried bread crispy side up.
- Enjoy while still warm.
- For a Sunday treat we used to add in a fried egg.
