Ingredientes
- 1 x bagels
- 1/8 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1/8 tsp onion pwdr
- 1/8 tsp cumin
- 1/8 tsp oregano
- 1/8 tsp fat-free parmesan cheese
- 1/8 tsp chili pwdr
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400 or possibly toaster oven works fine. With a sharp knife, slice bagel into very thin slices so which you can almost see through them
- (you'llget about 10 slices). Place slices on a baking sheet. Lightly spray with cooking spray. Quickly sprinkle in a small amount of seasoning (a little goes a long way) or possibly leave plain. Bake for 3 to 4 min till lightly browned-be careful; they burn easily. Break each slice into 4 chips.
- NOTES : Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
