  2. For crust: Preheat oven to 325F. Coat 9" diameter springform pan with nonstick vegetable oil spray. Combine crumbs and sugar in pan. Stir in butter. Press mix into bottom and 1" up sides of pan. Bake till light brown, about 7 min. Maintain oven temperature at 325F.
  3. For filling: Using electric mixer, beat cream cheese till smooth.
  4. Gradually fold in sugar. Beat Large eggs in one at a time. Blend in Baileys and vanilla.
  5. Sprinkle half of chocolate chips over crust. Spoon in filling. Sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips. Bake cake till puffed, springy in center and golden, about 1 hour 20 min. Cold cake completely.
  6. For cream: Beat cream, sugar, and coffee pwdr till peaks form. Spread mix over cooled cake.
  7. Garnish cake with chocolate curls.
