Receta Baked Chicken Amandine

Ingredientes
- 3 c. cooked chicken (to 4 c.) cubed
- 1 pkt frzn minced broccoli (10-oz) thawed
- 2 can condensed cream of chicken soup undiluted
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 c. crushed butter-flavored crackers about 25
- 1/4 c. butter melted
- 1/2 c. sliced almonds
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13-by-9-by 2-inch baking dish. Layer chicken and broccoli in dish. In a bowl, combine soup and mayonnaise; spoon over the broccoli. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Combine crackers and butter; sprinkle over cheese. Top with almonds.
- Bake, uncovered, for 45 to 50 min or possibly till golden.
- Makes 8 servings.
