Super scrumptious dinner casserole my family loves!

Ingredientes

  • 16 ounces Ziti Pasta
  • 22 ounce jar Marinara or Tomato Sauce
  • 4 boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • handful of chopped fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • one garlic clove minced

Direcciones

  1. Boil Ziti pasta in salted water al dente, drain, set aside
  2. Brown boneless chicken thighs in butter and garlic until cooked through
  3. Add cooked Pasta in a casserole baking dish, add tomato/marinara sauce, stir well to coat pasta, place cooked chicken thighs on top, add mozzarella cheese
  4. Bake @ 400 F for 15 minutes (uncovered)
  5. Add chopped basil, garnish
  6. Serve and enjoy!
