Receta Baked Provencal Ziti Provolone

Ingredientes
- 10 ounce Uncooked ziti
- 1 c. Evaporated skimmed lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Skim lowfat milk
- 4 x Egg whites
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Finely minced green onions, with tops Black pepper
- 4 ounce Provolone cheese, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 325F. Spray 9" square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Place in bottom of prepared pan.
- Meanwhite, combine evaporated lowfat milk, skim, lowfat milk, egg whites, mustard and salt in food processor or possibly blender; process till smooth. Sprinkle green onions over pasta. Pour egg mix over top. Sprinkle with pepper and top with Provolone cheese. Bake 35 min or possibly till heated through. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Let stand 5 min before serving.
