Receta Baked Meatballs

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 x onion finely minced
- 3 x garlic cloves chopped
- 1/2 lb grnd veal
- 1/2 lb grnd beef
- 1/2 lb grnd pork
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a skillet, over high heat, cook onion 5 min, till softened; add in garlic and cook 1 minute more. Transfer to a bowl and fold in grnd meats, cheese, Large eggs, salt, and pepper.
- Roll golf ball-size meatballs; arrange on a jelly roll pan. Bake 20 to 25 min, till browned and cooked through.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
