Receta Baked Plantains & Chipotle Ketchup
Great Appetizer any time!
Ingredientes
- 2 Plantains (peeled, sliced, halved
- salt and black pepper, to taste
- Drizzling of Canola Oil
- 1/ cup Ketchup
- 2 chipotle in adobo sauce, chopped finely
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Direcciones
- Pre Heat Oven 425 F
- You will need a rimmed non stick baking sheet pan
- Peel Plantains and slice then halve them, drizzle with canola oil, salt and black pepper, to taste
- Place on the baking sheet pan and put into the hot oven, bake 25 minutes, remove from oven to a serving platter
- While the plantains bake prepare chipotle ketchup: add chipotle in adobo chopped finely to one cup ketchup, stir well, refrigerate until ready to serve
- Enjoy!
