- 1 med Butternut squash
- 1 Tbsp. Applesauce
- 1 Tbsp. Maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. Molasses
- 2 Tbsp. Orange juice
- 1/8 tsp Ginger, grnd
- 1 tsp Cinnamon, grnd
Direcciones
- Peel squash. Cut squash into slices about 1/2-inch thick. Lay in baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients.
- Pour over squash. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 min, covered.
