Ingredientes
- 4 x Bananas
- 2 Tbsp. Granulated sugar
- 4 Tbsp. Orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. Kirsch
Direcciones
- Peel and cut bananas into slices 1/2-inch thick. Place in shallow dish. Sprinkle with sugar. Add in orange juice. Let stand in refrigerator for 1/2 hour. Serve in sherbet glasses. Sprinkle with kirsch.
- Suggested Wine: Chilled Bordeaux Sauternes; sweet Semillon.
