Receta Banana Nut Bread
This was my mom's Banana Nut Bread. She taught it to me and I now know it by heart.
Ingredientes
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp soda
- 4 average bananas
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cups chopped pecans
Direcciones
- Cream butter and sugar until smooth, add eggs and beat well.
- Combine flour, salt and soda. Add to creamed mixture along with bananas, vanilla and pecans.
- Mix well then pour into two 9" x 5 x 3 inch pans. Bake at 350* for 45 minutes
