Receta Banana Nut Cake With Banana Filling

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 3 large eggs, well beaten
- 1/4 c. buttermilk
- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 3 mashed bananas
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Healthy pinch of salt
Direcciones
- Beat together sugar, Crisco and large eggs. Then add in alternately buttermilk and flour mix. Then add in bananas, vanilla and pecans. Bake in 3 lightly floured pans at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 min.
- May be used to ice cake but is not real sweet. 4 T flour 3/4 c. cold water 2 sm. mashed bananas 1 egg, well beaten 2 T butter 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 c. minced nutsCombine and cook till thick sugar, flour, water, egg, butter and vanilla. Then add in 2 bananas and minced nuts.
