Receta Banana Nut Kugel

Ingredientes
- 3 c. Matzo farfel
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 6 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Butter, melted
- 2 med Bananas, unripe, sliced
- 1/2 c. Minced nuts
Direcciones
- Pour cool water over farfel; and drain immediately, so which farfel is moist, not soggy. Beat Large eggs with salt, sugar, and melted butter. Fold in farfel.
- In greased 1-1/2 quart. baking dish, place 1/2 of farfel mix. Arrange bananas on top, and sprinkle with nuts. Top with the rest of the farfel mix
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. or possibly till set, and lightly browned. I haven't tried this one, but it looked interesting.
