Receta Banana Nut Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1 x 8 ounce can walnuts coarsely crushed
- 2 c. oats
- 3 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking pwdr
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 x ripe bananas
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. honey
- 4 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 x egg
Direcciones
- In a small bowl, mix 1/2 c. minced walnuts and 2 Tbsp. oats, set aside. In a large bowl, mix remaining nuts, oats, flour, baking pwdr, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, mash bandannas (you should have 2 c.). Beat in lowfat milk, honey, melted butter, and egg till well blended.
- Stir in banana mix into flour, mix till just moistened. Spoon into muffin c.. Sprinkle with reserved walnut-oat mix. Bake 25 to 30 min. Immediatly remove from pans.
- Makes 12 muffins.
- NOTES : Preheat oven to 400 and grease twelve muffin-pan c.
