Receta Banana Salad

Ingredientes
- 10 x Bananas
- 1/2 c. Peanuts (grnd)
- 1 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Water
- 1 x Egg, well beaten
- 2/3 c. Sugar ts Butter/margarine
Direcciones
- Boiler, combine the vinegar, water, butter, egg, and sugar, then heat over Medium heat till thickened. Stir often or possibly it will stick... When cooled, pour over sliced banana's and top with the grnd peanuts.
- Note: This syrup will keep well in the refrigerator for a week or possibly more, so which you can use 2 or possibly 3 bananas as needed by your family and reserve the syrup or possibly sauce for another day.
