Receta Banana Sour Cream Nut Bread

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 c. mashed bananas
- 1/3 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. Wheat germ
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Direcciones
- Cream together butter, sugar and Large eggs. Then add in all remaining ingredients, mix well. Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 min or possibly till knife inserted comes out clean.
