Receta Barbecue Roast Beef

Ingredientes
- 4 to 5 pound roast
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 2 tbsp. chili pwdr
- 3/4 c. catsup or possibly tomato juice
- 1 tbsp. paprika
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. mustard
- Garlic salt, salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Put in crockpot or possibly Dutch oven. Cook on top of stove on low heat for 4 to 5 hrs. Take out fat and bone if any. Cut meat up some. If sauce is too thin pour some off and cook down a little. Good first day served as a dinner with other vegetables, then leftovers. Pull meat into small pcs and cook down in sauce to make sandwiches.
