Receta Basic Jelly Roll

Ingredientes
- 2 Large eggs
- 3/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. sugar
- Grated rind of 1 lemon
- 1 c. flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tbsp. lowfat milk
- Jelly
- Confectioners' sugar
Direcciones
- Beat Large eggs till light; add in sugar gradually, beating till thick and smooth. Add in lemon rind. Sift flour with baking pwdr and salt; add in alternately with lowfat milk to egg mix. Pour into shallow 14 x 10 inch pan lined with waxed paper. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 min. Turn out onto damp cloth. Spread with jelly; roll up. Wrap in waxed paper; cold. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar just before serving. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
